In this 14 day intensive, JUMP, you will learn key things that have completely changed my body for the better and how you can shift your mindset around food, your body.
This is where you start.
We will be working on our mindset, our feelings and our habits with daily posts and check ins in a private FB community. You are choosing you and loving yourself enough to make changes.
If you have a hard time with food, with emotional eating, with stubborn pounds, and need help and support - JUMP will get you on track and give you tools you will be able to use for the rest of your life.
We do this together. We do this because our health is the most important thing and we are ready. I will hold space for you to make changes and be in a group that is supportive and knows what it's like.
